Start ups and the journey that the early folks get to see and many a times be a part of, often comes with so much more learning and growth. As we have moved ahead with the newer innovations in technology and the evolutions of society, jobs and how we treat work and work roles have also seen a shift.
The work culture has already embarked upon a new and fresh outlook, when COVID pandemic hit and the whole scenario took a bullet train to change itself. How? Well, if we take a look back to 2016, working from home or hybrid work model was a growing concept and WeWork sort of places were just being explored. Fast forward to 2020, the lockdown worldwide forced the organizational heads to adapt to a newer way of working. With the change in the way of work, came in the changes in culture of how newer organizations function. Given the rise of Web3, coupled with the changes that came with the shift, the importance spectrum shifted from how much work an individual does to which role is more efficient for the employee and the company.
CoinDCX, being an employee first organization, has always adapted to the most advanced way of working. Be it within a team or how the organization functions on a requirement basis. In today’s story of CoinDCX, we are diving into the story of Minisha Verma; who joined the organization for the employer branding team and has now found her way into a new role of using the social platform to take forward branding at CoinDCX. Pretty interesting right?
The ability to switch between roles when an opportunity presents itself is pretty much a joint effort from the employer and the folks working together to bring it to fruition. Exploring various aspects of the field one is in, gives one the exposure they need to find their spot in their professional journey.
When we sat down for our discussion about her journey, Minisha said that working in a startup culture has been a preferred option for her because she likes the excitement that the job presents. If we go back and think about it, figuring out how to solve a problem is truly exciting and does give you a learning curve. While working with her previous organization, YouTube had been the new happening thing in the market. As it goes, every new social platform grabs the attention of the people, YouTube grabs the attention of Minisha. Exploring the video content channel and product marketing venture led her to start exploring this new sector of blockchain. It was during the bull run of 2020, when crypto has been a very big part of the world, as it was starting to get the mass attention…
Similar to exploring the space, Minisha’s journey to finding herself in a blockchain workspace started to plan out and soon CoinDCX garnered an amazing working individual like her. Joining the employer branding team, Minisha led the brand’s presence where she worked to ‘Raise the Bar’ of the work culture that CoinDCX has been building since it started in 2018.
After being a part of the Employer Branding team, when CoinDCX launched its new journey of introducing everything Web3; via its new app Okto; to the crypto and blockchain enthusiasts, an opportunity to explore the sector that will help her bring the story of Okto to the masses came up. Being intrigued by the space, this new venture was something that she took up as a challenge.
Looking back at the journey that we all take upon, having the opportunity to get our hands on different parts of the job gives it a wholesome experience to look back on. We wish Minisha all the best in her new role. Click here to check out her reels.
