The Render (RENDER) price surge took the token back above $2 on Tuesday, a level that has turned its price back several times this year. Futures traders added to their bets as it crossed, and Render’s token-burning model links the token’s supply to how much the network is used.
Render (RENDER) traded at $2.17 on Tuesday, up 4.12% on the day after touching $2.23. RENDER is still about 84% below its all-time high of $13.53.
Why the $2 Level Matters for RENDER

Several times this year, RENDER rallies stalled near $2 and the price slipped back. The daily chart shows it happening in April, May, early June and again in early October, which has made $2 the level traders watch most closely.
This RENDER price rally came with more money behind it. Open interest in RENDER futures, which is the total value of futures bets still open, rose 12.5% to about $35 million as the price crossed $2. When open interest rises along with the price, more traders take positions on where the token goes next. RENDER is also trading above its 200-day average of about $1.72, a long-term trend line many traders follow.
How Render’s Usage Reaches the RENDER Token
Render runs a marketplace where people pay for GPU computing power, mainly for 3D rendering and AI work. Customers pay in RENDER, and those tokens are burned, which means they are permanently destroyed.
New RENDER is then issued to the operators who supply the GPUs. Because every paid job burns tokens, more demand for computing power means more RENDER removed from supply.

Salad’s GPU Network Joined Render This Year
In April, Render’s community approved a proposal to bring Salad, a large network of home PCs that rent out their idle GPUs, onto Render as a new part of the network. The connection was live by July.
Salad’s customers run a lot of AI work, and part of each payment they make is burned as RENDER. That adds a new source of paid jobs, and burns, alongside Render’s original 3D rendering business.
What RENDER Traders Should Watch
Any Render price analysis now starts with $2. If RENDER closes back below it, this becomes another failed attempt at a level that has stopped it before. If it holds, $2 starts to act as a floor, which would be a clear change from earlier in the year.
Trading volume is about 11% of the market cap, an ordinary level for a token this size and well below the extreme turnover seen in smaller tokens recently.
Supply is the other factor that traders should consider. About 518.8 million of RENDER’s 644.2 million maximum supply is in circulation, so the fully diluted value of about $1.40 billion is about 24% above the market cap.

Where RENDER Stands After Reclaiming $2
RENDER is back above a level that stopped it several times this year, with more futures money behind the move and a model that burns tokens as demand for computing grows. Whether the move holds depends on the price staying above $2 in the coming days.
