HOW DOES TRANCHESS (CHESS) WORK?
Tranchess leverages smart contracts to optimize the yields of investors. It allows users to enjoy their earnings by automated rebalancing of portfolios. The platform also gives a share of its network earnings to its core contributors. What makes Tranchess different from other protocols is its ability to let end users square off profits without any forced liquidation. Tranchess offers both NAV (Net Asset Value) and yield perspectives to users. Another important feature of the platform is that the core engine of Tranchess does not rely on other smart contract’s price feeds to avoid asset manipulation. It uses TWAP Oracles (time weighted average price order) instead of centralized and discreet oracle price feeds.
WHAT MAKES TRANCHESS (CHESS) UNIQUE USE CASES?
- Leverage trading: Users can enter into a leveraged trade without any forced liquidation risks. Investors can also receive recurrent yields without having to deal with impermanent loss.
- Zero Lock-in Period: Unlike other DeFi platforms users can invest through Tranchess without having to lock up their funds for a stipulated tenure.
- TWAP (Time Weighted Average Price) : TWAP algorithm is the star feature of Tranchess. Through TWAP the price feed is automatically updated every 30 minutes. It does not rely on third party oracles that enter into the ecosystem as a flash loan attack.
