The crypto community is energized with the next upgrade that is merely hours away from getting implemented onto the Ethereum Network. The Shanghai Capella upgrade is set to go live on Wednesday at 22:27 UTC or at 6:27 p.m. ET; which is around 3:57 am Thursday in the IST. Back in September 2022, when the Merge was finally ready to go live, that helped Ethereum in its transition to Proof of Stake consensus mechanism to its previously energy consuming Proof of Work consensus mechanism; the whole crypto community together watched the historic event go live.
Similarly to the Merge, the crypto community is heavily invested in the upcoming upgrade. As with the Shapella upgrade, the network will be mainly aiming to enable Ether (ETH) withdrawals from the deposit contract.
While the EIP-4895 is one of the most highlighted features of the Shapella upgrade, there is an array of other smaller EIPs that are set in line as well. These other proposed improvements have been made with the objective to reduce gas fees during periods of high activity to aid Ethereum developers.
To experience the Shapella Upgrade go live, there are various factions of the Ethereum and blockchain communities who have been planning watch parties. While the community is busy with that, the crypto analysts and blockchain historians are getting their best tools ready for monitoring the first-ever withdrawals of the staked ether!

Beacon Chain: The beaconcha.in which is the open-source Ethereum explorer is a great resource to look out for, when the Shanghai upgrade goes live. Epoch 194,048 is when Shanghai will be triggered and the staked ETH withdrawals will be enabled.

Wenmerge.com: This is a popular website which had been set for the Ethereum Merge and is now repurposed for Shanghai. It is where once can see the countdowns and dashboards that will estimate the withdrawal queue for validators looking to exit the Beacon Chain.

Beacon Chain Smart Contract by Etherscan: One will be able to see how much ETH has been deposited for staking, while it will also show a decrease or increase in the numbers, in the hours following the Shanghai upgrade.
