Campaign Highlights
Trade eligible US Stock Perpetuals contracts on CoinDCX platform during the Campaign Period and unlock rewards through the Rewards Hub (subject to these Terms and Conditions). As you achieve the trading milestones displayed in your Rewards Hub during the Rewards Window, the corresponding Milestone Reward amount shall be credited to your account (“Milestone Rewards”).
Additionally, eligible users who satisfy the qualifying criteria communicated by CoinDCX during the Campaign Period shall be eligible for selection to receive Promotional Prizes which may include Apple iPhone 17, Apple iPhone 17e, Marshall Speakers, and Apple MacBook Air, subject to these Terms (“Promotional Prize(s)”).
The total reward pool for the Campaign shall be up to INR 30,00,000 (Rupees Thirty Lakh only), which is inclusive of all rewards under the Campaign, including Milestone Rewards and the value of all Promotional Pprizes.
- Campaign Period: 23 July 2026, 12:00 AM (IST) to 30 August 2026, 11:59 PM (IST)
- Rewards Window (milestone rewards): 20 July 2026, 12:00 AM (IST) to 2 August 2026, 11:59 PM (IST), i.e. the first fourteen (14) days of the Campaign Period
How does the offer work?
- During the Campaign Period, eligible users who satisfy the applicable Campaign criteria may become eligible to receive Milestone Rewards in accordance with these Terms.. Each eligible user will be assigned one or more trading volume milestone(s), as displayed in their Rewards Hub. Upon achieving the applicable milestone(s) during the Campaign Period, the corresponding Milestone Reward, as specified in the Rewards Hub, shall be unlocked and credited to the Eligible User’s CoinDCX account, subject to these Terms.
- Each time your cumulative eligible trading volume crosses a milestone displayed in your Rewards Hub, the corresponding Milestone Reward is unlocked and credited to your account.
- Milestone Rewards are additive: unlocking a higher milestone does not replace earlier Milestone Rewards; each Milestone Reward is paid in addition to previously unlocked rewards, up to the maximum reward applicable to you as displayed in your Rewards Hub.
Promotional Prizes:
- In addition to the Milestone Rewards, eligible users who satisfy any additional qualifying criteria communicated by CoinDCX during the Campaign Period shall become eligible for selection to receive the Promotional Prizes. Prize recipients shall be selected through a random selection process from amongst the pool of eligible users, subject to these Terms and any additional campaign conditions (if any) communicated by CoinDCX.
- Promotional Prizes under this Campaign may include Apple iPhone 17, Apple iPhone 17e, Marshall Speakers, and Apple MacBook Air (or such other prizes as may be determined by CoinDCX). The number of Promotional Prizes, prize models/variants/colours, and the selection of recipients shall be determined by CoinDCX at its sole discretion.
- Promotional Prize recipients shall be selected through a random selection process from amongst the pool of all eligible entries. Such users shall be notified via email and/or push notification. Selected recipients may be required to complete verification formalities before fulfillment of the Promotional Prize, at CoinDCX’s sole discretion.
- Promotional Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or otherwise. CoinDCX reserves the right to substitute any Promotional Prize with an alternative of similar nature or value, at its sole discretion.
Things to know
- Users must trade during the Rewards Window to be eligible for Milestone Rewards and Promotional Prizes under the Ccampaign.
- Only eligible US Stock Perpetuals contracts trades executed on the CoinDCX platform (app or website) are valid for this Campaign. Trades on any other platform, product, or trade type not specifically covered shall not qualify.
- To qualify towards a milestone and its corresponding Milestone Reward, the relevant order(s) must be fully executed during the Rewards Window. Volume from orders executed after the Rewards Window shall not count towards milestones and its corresponding Milestone Reward.
- Milestone Rrewards shall be credited in INR to the user’s CoinDCX account upon unlocking of the relevant milestone, subject to verification and CoinDCX’s internal processes. Reward status will be reflected in the user’s Rewards Hub.
- Users must receive notification of eligibility via email and/or push notification from CoinDCX and/or see the campaign in their Rewards Hub. Users agree that, upon request, they shall provide confirmation or details of such notification to CoinDCX for verification and campaign administration purposes.
II. Terms and Conditions
- These terms and conditions govern the Wall Street Festival campaign (“Campaign”) conducted by CoinDCX on its platform (app and website).
- No user can have more than one CoinDCX account for participating in this Campaign. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts identified as belonging to the same individual shall be disqualified.
- The User shall always comply with the Terms of Use and hereby agrees that they have read and understood the terms of the Risk Disclosure and the Privacy Policy governing the use of the online platforms of CoinDCX.
- To participate, Users must execute eligible US Stock Perpetuals contracts/trades on the CoinDCX app or website during the Rewards Window (20 July 2026, 12:00 AM IST to 2 August 2026, 11:59 PM IST). The overall Campaign Period runs from 20 July 2026 to 30 August 2026, 11:59 PM IST.
- The milestones, qualifying trading volume thresholds and corresponding Milestone Reward amounts applicable to a user are as displayed in the user’s Rewards Hub and may vary from user to user, as determined by CoinDCX at its sole discretion based on internal criteria, which shall be final and binding. A user shall not be entitled to claim any milestone or corresponding Milestone Reward amount other than those displayed in their own Rewards Hub.
- Milestone rewards are additive and are credited upon unlocking of each milestone, up to the maximum reward applicable to the User as displayed in their Rewards Hub.
- The total reward pool for the Campaign is up to INR 30,00,000 (Rupees Thirty Lakh only), inclusive of all rewards under the Campaign, including milestone rewards and the value of all PromotionalPrizes. Rewards shall be payable only up to the extent of the reward pool, and CoinDCX may cap, prorate, or adjust rewards accordingly at its sole discretion. Additionally, the allocation and distribution of such Milestone Rewards and Promotional Prizes shall be determined by CoinDCX in accordance with these Terms.
- “Trading volume” means the aggregate notional value (in USD) of eligible trades fully executed by the User on the CoinDCX platform during the Rewards Window, as computed by CoinDCX. CoinDCX’s computation of trading volume shall be final and binding.
- Only eligible US Stock Perpetuals contracts trades qualify for this Campaign. The Campaign is not applicable to any other trade type not specifically covered, and no reward (milestone based or promotional) shall be payable for such trades.
- Any order not fully executed within the Rewards Window shall not count towards milestones, corresponding rewardsor promotional reward eligibility.
- Self-trades, wash trades, matched orders between related accounts, or any trading activity undertaken primarily to inflate trading volume without genuine market risk, as determined by CoinDCX, shall be excluded from Trading Volume computation and may result in disqualification from the Campaign and forfeiture of rewards.
- Users who fail to complete KYC successfully will be ineligible to receive rewards or to participate in the Campaign. CoinDCX may freeze, reverse, or withdraw any reward already credited, without any liability.
- Milestone Rewards will be credited following CoinDCX’s internal processes. In case of technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, payout or fulfilment timelines may be delayed, and CoinDCX shall not be liable for such delays. CoinDCX shall not be obligated to disclose its internal processes or methodologies to any User.
- Any applicable taxes, including TDS, if any, arising in connection with Milestone Rewards or Promotional Prizes shall be borne by the recipient. CoinDCX shall be entitled to deduct or withhold applicable taxes as required under applicable law.
- The dispatch, delivery, and shipping of any physical Promotional Prizes shall be handled by the CoinDCX team or its designated partners, and the relevant details, requirements, and timelines shall be communicated to the winners. Users shall provide accurate delivery details and complete any verification formalities as may be required; failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the reward/prize. However, CoinDCX shall not be responsible for delays attributable to third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- CoinDCX reserves the right to discontinue, suspend, modify, or cancel the Campaign or any terms contained herein, including milestones, reward amounts, and prizes, for any or all of its User(s) at any time at its sole discretion, without assigning any reasons and without prior intimation whatsoever. In case of any disputes, CoinDCX’s decision shall be final and binding.
- By participating in the Campaign, CoinDCX Users indicate their acceptance of the above-mentioned terms and conditions. Participation in the Campaign is voluntary.
- CoinDCX reserves the right to disqualify any CoinDCX User from the benefits of this Campaign in case of any illegal, suspicious, fraudulent, or potentially fraudulent transaction/activity or misuse of the Campaign.
- CoinDCX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of and/or participation in this Campaign.
- Except as expressly provided under these Terms there are no other reward, cashback, cash, price or other alternatives available in whole or in part. However, in circumstances beyond our control, we may substitute a similar alternative reward/cashback of equal or greater value at our sole discretion. If a selected recipient rejects the reward, fails to claim, or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the selected recipient’s reward will be forfeited, and CoinDCX shall, at its sole discretion, be entitled to select another recipient in accordance with the Campaign selection process.
