Campaign Highlights

Refer new users to CoinDCX and earn 10% of the fees generated from their Crypto Futures trading during the campaign period.

• Campaign Period: 1 September 2026 to 30 November 2026
• Reward: 10% Revenue Share on fees generated by your referred users
• Maximum Reward: Up to ₹1,00,000 during the entire campaign period
• Reward Frequency: Rewards will be calculated and processed monthly
• Excluded pairs for reward calculation: ‘XAU’, ‘PAXG’, ‘XAG’, ‘CL’, ‘BZ’ , ‘NATGAS’

How does the offer work?

• When your referred users trade Crypto Futures on CoinDCX, you earn 10% of the fees generated from their trading during the campaign period.
• Your reward will be calculated based on the fees generated by your referred users, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
• Rewards will be calculated for the previous month and processed in the first week of the following month.
• The reward will be credited to your INR Futures wallet based on the applicable CoinDCX conversion rate.

Maximum Reward

• You can earn up to ₹1,00,000 over the campaign period.
• The maximum reward is subject to the actual fees generated by your referred user(s).

2. Terms & Conditions

1. These terms and conditions shall govern any referral done by the introducer (“Introducer”)  under any referral programs (each program to be referred as “Referral Program”).
2. The Introducer  shall always comply with the Terms of Use and hereby agree that they have read and understood the terms of the Risk Disclosure and the Privacy Policy governing the use of any Online Platforms.
3. CoinDCX reserves the right to discontinue, suspend, modify, cancel the Referral Program or any terms contained herein for any or all of its User(s).
4. The Referral Campaign allows the referrer to win rewards.
5. Future volumes are calculated on INR and USDT Margin both
6. Future volumes calculations include Margins as well
7. Trading volume shall count for both buy and sell orders volume.
8. The maximum reward that a user can earn via the ‘Festive Referral Campaign’ during the campaign period is capped at INR 1,00,000 for the campaign period.
9. The campaign will be valid for 90 days, starting 1st September 2026. 
10. Trades can be made in Crypto Futures only.
11. The rewards will be calculated and processed on a monthly basis during the campaign period.
12. The rewards under this campaign cannot be clubbed or combined with rewards or benefits offered under any other referral or reward programme, including Milestone Referral Offers or category based fee discounts – reduced fee on commodities trading.
13. In the event that a user becomes eligible for rewards under a Milestone, Mystery Box, or any other referral campaign, the rewards will be adjusted such that the total reward amount earned by the user will be limited to the maximum of either of the applicable rewards.
14. Eligibility for this campaign is limited to select users as identified by the Company at its sole discretion.
15. The manner in which reward be distributed shall be as per the internal process followed by CoinDCX. However, if there is a technical failure or unforeseen circumstances, these timelines may not be met by CoinDCX. CoinDCX does not undertake any liability for the same.
16. CoinDCX shall have the sole right and discretion to decide and declare the eligible Participants for the Campaign. The Participants hereby waives all rights to dispute any decision of CoinDCX in this regard and CoinDCX does not undertake any liability, responsibility or guarantee towards any Participant.
17. CoinDCX holds all rights to revoke the reward or any rights therein in case of any fraud, breach of network security, misrepresentation, negligence, any activity in order to avail the reward by any illegal or immoral means, breach of applicable law or terms herein by any User. CoinDCX shall have a right to proceed against the User in a manner as CoinDCX may deem fit.
18. CoinDCX reserves the right to discontinue, suspend, modify, cancel the Campaign or any terms contained herein for any or all of its Participant(s).
19. The Participants, by participating in this Campaign, hereby agree and grant their consent to CoinDCX for sharing their in-app activity with each other including any survey, statistics etc.
20. The Participants hereby agree and acknowledge that CoinDCX does not undertake any guarantee or warranty on the quality of any third party product or service being distributed under the Campaign as reward and shall not be liable for any defects or discrepancies.
21. The Participants shall indemnify and keep CoinDCX indemnified at all times for and against any loss, costs, damages, expenses, liabilities, claims arising out of any breach by the Participants of the terms contained herein or of any applicable laws.
22. All terms and conditions herein are subject to change at any time without notice.
23. CoinDCX may use any third party evaluation tool or platform to assess the quality of the referred Users being referred under this Referral Program and CoinDCX shall have sole discretion in deciding the eligibility of any referred User, amount/ quantity of Referral Reward and the distribution of the Referral Reward under this Referral Program. CoinDCX shall not entertain any claims in this regard.
24. The referred User and/or the Introducer  shall indemnify and keep CoinDCX indemnified at all times for and against any loss, costs, damages, expenses, liabilities, claims arising out of any breach by the Introducer  or the referred User of the terms contained herein or of any applicable laws.
25. The Introducer  and referred User(s), by participating in this Referral Program, hereby agree and grant their consent to CoinDCX for sharing/ broadcasting their in-app activity including any survey, statistics, results, rankings, leaderboard activity, earnings, etc. with each other or on the CoinDCX platform.
