RULES OF ENGAGEMENT:

• Submit the price of the coin in the comment section. 
• The campaign- #PredictWithDCX will run from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM from 18th to 21st of October. 
• Submit only ONE entry, multiple submissions will lead to disqualification. Predict the closing price of the token mentioned at 06:00 PM (IST) from October 18th – 21st, 2022
• Users need to complete their KYC on CoinDCX to be eligible for winning.
• Follow the official CoinDCX Twitter and Instagram accounts.
• Twitter users: Like the post, retweet it by using hashtags #PredictWithDCX, and tag 2 friends. 
• Boost your chances of winning by mentioning the technical analysis tool you used for predicting the price.  

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

• These terms and conditions shall govern the PredictWithDCX campaign (“Campaign”). The user (“User”) shall always comply with the Terms of Use and hereby agree that they have read and understood the terms of the Risk Disclosure and the Privacy Policy governing the use of the Online Platforms of CoinDCX.
• Capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the same meaning as assigned to them under the Terms of Use.
• The Campaign will run from 18th October, 2022 to 21st October, 2022 (“Campaign Period”).
• Based on the price prediction submissions made by the Users (“Price Predictions”), 10 (ten) Users will be chosen as winners each day at 8:00 PM and will be eligible for a reward of INR 500 worth $MATIC (“Reward”). In case of a tie, the User’s technical analysis statement, if any, will be used to break the tie.
• Winners will be announced 2 hours post 8pm (closing of the Campaign each day during the Campaign Period). 
• Multiple submissions of Price Prediction by the User will lead to disqualification and the User will not be qualified to be selected as a winner.
• In case the User does not complete their KYC successfully, the User shall be ineligible for the receipt of any Reward under the Campaign. CoinDCX shall have the right to reverse the previously credited and/or withdraw already granted Reward and CoinDCX disclaims all liability and responsibility in this regard.
• The Reward will be distributed within 5-7 working days after the winners’ announcement. The manner in which Reward will be distributed shall be as per the internal process followed by CoinDCX. However, if there is a technical failure or unforeseen circumstances, these timelines may not be met by CoinDCX. CoinDCX does not undertake any liability for the same.
• The Price Prediction submission by the User will be disqualified if Rules of Engagement (as mentioned above) are not adhered.
• The User’s Price Prediction submission will only be accepted if it is made through comments on Twitter and Instagram posts that announce the name of the token for Price Prediction on each day during the Campaign Period.  
• The Price Prediction submissions will be accepted from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM during the Campaign Period. Any Price Prediction submission after 6:00 PM during the Campaign Period will not be considered valid.
• CoinDCX shall have the sole right and discretion to decide and declare the winner in a situation of a tie between two or more Users. The User hereby waives all rights to dispute any decision of CoinDCX in this regard and CoinDCX does not undertake any liability, responsibility, or guarantee towards any User. 
• CoinDCX holds all rights to revoke the Reward or any rights therein in case of any fraud, breach of network security, misrepresentation, negligence, any activity in order to avail the Reward by any illegal or immoral means, breach of applicable law or terms herein or Terms of Use by any User. CoinDCX shall have a right to proceed against the User in a manner as CoinDCX may deem fit.
• CoinDCX reserves the right to discontinue, suspend, modify, cancel the Campaign or any terms contained herein for any or all of its User(s).
• The winners shall comply with all applicable laws including all the applicable taxation laws. The winners shall be liable to pay all applicable taxes, or any other costs or charges levied by any statutory or government authority in relation to any withdrawal or credit/ transfer of any rewards to the User under the Program. CoinDCX does not undertake any liability or responsibility in this regard.
• The User, by participating in this Campaign, hereby agree and grant their consent to CoinDCX for sharing their in-app activity with each other including any survey, statistics etc
• The User shall indemnify and keep CoinDCX indemnified at all times for and against any loss, costs, damages, expenses, liabilities, claims arising out of any breach by the User of the terms contained herein or of any applicable laws.
